#2. Daily Health
It doesn’t take much to stay healthy. Just a few simple daily habits will do.
Here are 4 simple healthy habits I live by.

A. Get ready for the the day with a simple stretching routine. Benefits of stretching include:
- Reduced muscle tension
- Increased range of movement in the joints
- Enhanced muscular coordination
- Increased circulation of the blood to various parts of the body
- Increased energy levels (resulting from increased circulation)
B. Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.
C. Replace snacking on chips, dips, chocolates, and whips (meaning any form of baked batter like cookies or cakes) with snaking on fruits, nuts, and veggies.
D. Go for a walk, take up jogging, go to the gym, or do any form of exercise.
If you have kids, like I do, the best exercise you can get without thinking about it as exercise is go to the park with them and have fun. Play ball, throw a frisbee. Get your ass off that couch!

#6. Post an update to your facebook groups about your new blog post.
I suggest using a your blog or a youtube video for this method!
(10-300 groups recommended)
This will do a couple of things for you. #1 get you a ton of friend requests from targeted people… #2 get you a lot of traffic for your blog… These are the exact things most people lack in this industry (traffic and a following).

#9 – Chat with 5 people today…
A simple: Hey how are you today? is a good start…
Keep track of conversations you have today. You may need to send 20-30 messages to people today before you have a chat conversation with 10…
Once they respond back, find out what they do, how they market online, tell them about your business, blog post or a free training you can give them to help their business.
The more you interact with your following the more they look at your content when you post it!
